Return & Exchange Policy

We enforce a strict no-video, no-claim policy for all missing, damaged, or incorrect items. Customers must record a continuous, un-edited unboxing video from the exact moment they begin opening the courier parcel, ensuring the shipping label, vendor details, and order ID are clearly visible before the seal is broken. Any claims submitted without this valid video proof will be automatically rejected without exception. Eligible returns or exchanges for unused items in original packaging must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
